Some life lessons come in the form of gentle whispers, brush you like a feather, reminding you the universe is with you and guides you. It’s the type of message one hears during silence, receptivity, and contemplation.
Then there are those the universe delivers like a catapult, a lightning bolt that literally knocks you off your feet, commanding your attention, demanding you change course.
Our job is to integrate lessons from our life experiences. They make us stronger, wiser, and bolder in the face of adversity. They give opportunity to be steadfast and unshaken by the chaos of life.
When we practice Yoga, or any other authentic spiritual ritual, we are more strongly aligned to the divine, our purpose. We are then better able to walk our path.
When we are distracted (name any “vice” here), we steer off course. As such, life comes at us and we may disconnect from our wisdom to process and react appropriately.
